It has come to our attention that Amazon has rolled out an update today (5th April 2022) on Amazon USA. This update has removed the BSR (Best sellers rank) from display on Paperback & Hardcover books.

Consequently the revenue figures in KDSPY will not calculate without this vital information. 

I can only assume this is a mistake that Amazon have made (I've seen it happen before) – where this information has been missed or overlooked in a new page rollout. Finger crossed they spot the mistake and correct it rather soon. 

Other book formats – Kindle and Audiobooks are working fine – the issue is just affecting the BOOKS tab and BOOKS categories ... Including Paperback and Hardcover books on the USA Amazon store only. 

Hopefully this will be restored soon.
